NEW: Lanyards for Women
So a little something I’ve been whipping up are these handy-dandy Lanyards for Women – they are so yummy in color that I actually wish they were rolls of taffy! They are the handiest little handmade lanyards for women and also great for teachers, paras, nurses, festivals, teens and tweens, college students, etc. Available right now in the shop and this weekend at Fiddle and Frog in Stewartville, MN!!
THESE LITTLE EYE-CANDY JUST LANYARDS ARE GREAT FOR

My ReStyle series is a fun and whimsical nod to wearing consignment clothing and how you can feel good in them, too! Some of these second-hand clothing will get styled as is. Some will go back on the rack. And some will go under the scissors to make something cool! Follow me on this journey and we can enjoy it together, trust me.

Say Yes to a Stranger
If this isn’t a title of a book yet…it should be. While enjoying a brief, unprompted, conversation with a woman and her husband, the woman asked me if I wanted her to take a photo. She obviously saw the giant camera hugging my neck and my hand caressing the strap, but thoughtfully asked anyway, twice. After some brief panic thoughts of my new camera getting dropped on the rocks when I handed it to her; I reluctantly said yes (with a smile). After a couple attempts at instruction and finding the right button she managed to snap this beautiful photo. I’m so glad I said yes to this stranger because I will cherish this photo for a long time and loosen the straps a bit for next time (wink, wink).
…and not look back at the what-ifs. If we were to always look back while moving forward we would miss what’s right in front of us. And so today we can follow whatever path has been placed in front of us with eyes wide open and keep putting one foot in front of the other. Cheers to your Thursday!
